These guys are very professional, they don't even charge an upfront fee. They closed a loan in about 3 weeks, if they cannot help they just tell you right away. They don't waste your time.

How long have you been in business?
Our company was founded in January 2013, so we've been in business for about one and a half year now.
What is your primary product or service?
We arrange all types of commercial and business loans between borrowers and lenders. We focus more on borrowers who cannot fit the rigid traditional bank lending criteria. We also offer loans that your local bank may not have available such as annuity financing, securities (stocks, bonds) line of credit, domestic/international construction loans, hard money loans, small business loans/line of credit , commercial real estate, equipment leasing, account receivable financing/Factoring, purchase order financing, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After spending 14 years in the banking industry with Citibank and most recently Bank of America serving mostly small business owners, I wanted to start my own advisory firm. Following the 2008 economic meltdown, bank's lending criteria had become tighter, I thought it was a good idea to partner with lenders who were more flexible in order to help struggling business owners in need of working capital to keep their business running.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Contrary to other brokers, we don't charge our clients any upfront fees. My banking background makes it easier to understand a business owner's needs and find the solutions to fulfill them. Sometimes we guide them in the best direction in order to seek the help they need. When you sincerely help someone today at no charge, they will remember you tomorrow.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, it's at: 79 Main St, suite 309 Port Washington, NY 11050.
