How long have you been in business?
Established in 1969 over 40 years in business.
What is your primary product or service?
Business Brokers, we help sellers sell their businesses and we work with buyers to purchase and find a business. We we help sellers plan an exit strategy as well as help them prepare their business for sale. We will provide a business valuation free of charge.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Frank Nunziata is the owner of the business. He was an accountant for over 21 years as well he has owned a number of businesses. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the state of Ohio. He has over nine years of business brokerage exprerience. He purchased Jim Tharp Realty in 2010 when Jim Tharp retired.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide a consultative approach. We bring an accounting, real estate, and actual small business ownership back ground to the table. Not many business brokers have the same back ground and experience. We are professionals with a high degree of ethics and experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Presently one office serving Central Ohio. We are planning to increase the office size by adding additional Business Brokers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We receive payment only after we sell your business. We get paid at the closing of the transaction via Cashiers Check.
Which areas do you service?
We service the following counties: Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Union, Richland, Marion, Fairfield and Pickaway.

Owner and licensed Real Estate Broker is Frank Nunziata.
