We have been in business since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Ohio Tech LLC offers and number of business services including, inside wiring for voice and data, network troubleshooting, cross-connecting, technology deployment and camera/network-ready DVR system installation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ben started in telecommunications in 1997. Before starting Ohio Tech LLC, he worked in a number of roles in the industry including Voice and Data Technician, Installation Crew Leader, Engineer, Draftsman, IT Developer, Manager of Information Services and Procurement & Warehousing Manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Ohio Tech LLC is a small business that is capable of completing large projects. We focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Ohio Tech LLC is based near Ontario, Ohio. At this time, we do not plan on expanding into other markets. Most of our work is in central Ohio, a short commute from our office in Richland County.

Payment by check is our most common form of payment. Cash is welcome as well as barter/trade.

Ohio Tech LLC covers the entire state of Ohio and will travel to other areas to accommodate customer needs.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ohio Tech LLC is owned and operated by Ben Hempstead. Ben is an armed forces veteran and has been in telecommunications for over 15 years.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We've had a number of great compliments over the years. We do our best to ensure that our customers are pleased with our work and their overall experience with Ohio Tech LLC. Some of our compliments were from customers that were concerned about moves or changes. When our work was complete, the customers were relieved and thankful. Our best compliments result in more work for us, when our satisfied customers refer us to other businesses.
