How long have you been in business?
AT Systems was founded in 1970
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in both residential and commercial Security systems. These include burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, CCTV systems, and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After experiencing a break in at his residence, our founder Tom Donaldson recognized the need for a quality provider of security services in the Columbus market. Tom joined Crime Busters and has served on the Executive Board of directors for the past 15 years. He is also the past President of the Ohio Burglar and Fire alarm association and presently sits on the legal affairs committee for the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on offering outstanding service and value to our customers.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Check, Invoice, Cash, and Financing
Which areas do you service?
We server all of greater Columbus and its suburbs including but not limited to Dublin, Upper Arlington, Worthington, Westerville, New Albany, Bexley, Powell and Hilliard.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon to Fri - 8:30 - 4:30 Sat & Sun - Emergency Service All other hours - Emergency Service
