I was from out of town looking at a used car from a dealer and brought it to Mike for a pre-purchase inspection. He found a lot of things that the dealer was trying to pass off and was great about walking me through how to handle the situation if I still wanted the car. I really appreciated his time and insight as well as their whole staff going out of their way to squeeze us in (even though I was late due to traffic/storm). You could plainly see how great they were to their customers and even see how much the other customers valued this business. I was very impressed and would go back in a heartbeat if I was local. Thanks Mike and staff!

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working on small motors in 1967 when I was about 8 years old various relatives and friends of my family would bring over there etc.broken clocks , lawn mowers, old black and white tube type television sets I loved to take them apart but I admit not all of them would go back together and work, a love of repairing things grew in me so I stayed at it for all these years with experience Ford, Pontiac, Chevrolet, Buick, Honda, dealerships I am an ASE Master Auto Technician with aditional certification in advanced level diagnostis, a ASE Certified Medium Heavy Truck Technician, and ASE Certified Body Technician .
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have built our reputation for honesty and fair practices we only sell what is needed and back our work with a 12 month 12000 mile nationwide warranty.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At present our location at 2233 Morse rd is our first and only but who knows ?
