We repair all makes and models of HVAC, Commercial Ice Makers, Commercial Refrigeration and Commercial Kitchen Hood Systems
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in this business in 1984 as a helper/apprentice. I quickly became interested due to the fact that this trade is always changing. I started working for a larger Commercial Service company for my first few years in the trade. I left that Company after about 5 years and worked for a smaller company that primarily focused on Larger Commercial projects. I was their start-up/service technician for the next few years. I was then offered a job at one of the Local Factory offices in Central Ohio as a Service Technician. This was an opportunity I couldn't pass up. I worked up to working on Larger Commercial Installation/Replacement projects as a Project Manager. Sandy and I started Air-Craft in 1994 with the intent in providing the most accurate and honest service/repair to the central Ohio area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We feel we take care of our customers like no other. We promise honest, dependable and accurate service at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is always Our #1 concern.

Our Office is located just East of Columbus Ohio in a small city called Pataskala. We are located at 351 Main Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or Check. We are looking into accepting Credit Card payments at this time.

Our service area is Central Ohio, from Delaware/Marysville to the North, Circleville to the South, London to the West and Zanesville to the East.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are family owned and operated.

We offer 24-hour service 365 days per year to our contract and warranty customers.
