How long have you been in business?
We have been in the Columbus area for over 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Hot Tub and Spa sales, service and accessory sales. Retractable awnings sales and installation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the Waterbed business and was in California in the late 70'S and saw the developement of the industry. I thought that there were so many benefits to the product and decided to bring that to the Columbus, Ohio area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We carry many parts on hand and also service any brand of spa. We also choose brands that offer Quality at reasonable prices.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location that is easily accessible from all of central Ohio.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, as well as cash and checks.

Central Ohio
What are your hours of operation?
10:30 - 6:00PM Monday through Friday

That we truly appreciate our customers and take the extra time to satify their needs.
