How long have you been in business?
We opened our doors as a Kwik Kopy Printing franchise in September of 1979, so we are coming up on 33 years in servicing Central Ohio.
What is your primary product or service?
Offset Printing, Color and Black Digital Printing, Graphic Design, Complete Bindery Services and Mail Fulfillment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A shool teacher by profession, I (Les Swearingen) was the original press operator, Mom (Jean Bardon) ran the accounting and Dad (Roger Bardon) handled the Sales. I could only find substitute positions as a teacher in Upper Arlington & Worthington, while Mom worked for Huntington Banks and Dad worked for Andersen Window Corp. We all decided on the quick printing industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality and Service is our main concentration along with fair and competitive pricing on all our products. Our clients know that we will take good care of them and all my employees have been with me for over 16 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location and have been in this same building for all 33 years - no intention of any more locations at this time.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our print shop is at the corner of Larwell Drive and Henderson Road, in Northwest Columbus, not far from Reed and Henderson Roads.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Checks, VISA, M/C, AMEX.
Which areas do you service?
All of Central Ohio, with some out of state clients. We offer "free" pickup and delivery of any job over $100.00.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Les and Chris Swearingen own the company and bought it from their parents. Chris' parents, Roger and Jean Bardon were the original owners and retired in 1992.
What are your hours of operation?
WE are open from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday thru Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Returning back for "more" and referring other clients to us.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
We have no favorites - its' all good!!
